Facts
The Fruit-Sweetness™ brand of monk fruit
concentrate has been determeoned by an expert
panel to be safe for use as a flavour modifier
and sweetener. It has been certified as GRAS
(Generally Recognised As Safe) according to US
FDA regulations, and has been reviewed and
certified as “GRAS Notified” by FDA. Monk fruit
have been consumed daily in Guangxi Province,
the traditional home of monk fruit, for in
excess of 300 years.
Fruit-Sweetness™ represents a fusion of nature,
tradition, and science. We use non-GMO,
proprietary seedling cultivation methods to
produce the most robust, disease-resistant, high
yielding plants, for which we hold the plant
variety rights. These selected plants are
planted and cared for by the indigenous peoples
of the region, primarily the Miao and Yao
peoples. Your browser may not support display of

Our joint venture partnership with local
experts, Bio-GFS, ensures informational and
logistical support for our growers’ association.
This allows us to bring vine-fresh, fully mature
fruits, picked at their peak, to our production
facility for prompt processing. The resulting
concentrate is consistently the finest quality
available on the world market.
Each batch is shipped with a
verified certificate of analysis. Accepted standards for testing of
contaminants, including heavy metals and bacteria, are rigidly adhered to. The
material is non-fermentable, inherently stable over broad temperature and pH
ranges, certified “OU” Kosher, and packaged in metallic/mylar vacuum-sealed
containers, so the product exhibits excellent stability and long shelf-life.
Monk fruit has been cultivated and consumed in Asia for over 300 years. In the
United States, dried fruits were brought over by workers building the
transcontinental railroad in the early 1900’s.
Our research into creating higher yields and ever improving product quality is
ongoing. The involvement of experts in everything from plant varieties to final
product distribution contributes to the highest levels of safety, quality and
consistency of product and supply. You have our assurance that you are
considering the finest monk fruit product available.
