Limited of New Zealand, and Dr. Lan Fusheng,a
leading Luo Han Guo expert in China.Its purpose is to provide capital and oversight for the growth and export of our proprietary Luo Han Guo material, PureLo®. Bio-GFS owns the plant variety rights of the only commercially available Luo Han plants specifically selected for their high fruit yields
and mogroside content.
The joint venture oversees the
function of the
PureLo Luo
Han Guo Association which supervises:
contract negotiation, pricing, and payment to growers
delivery of Luo Han plants to our farmer partners
capital supply to farmers for all aspects of planting and growing Luo Han Guo
meetings to transfer technical information to growers
research data collection for ongoing study of environmental, nutrient, and pest and disease challenges, influencing fruit yields and mogroside concentration
advice and material support with fertilizer compositions and pollination
fruit maturation monitoring and harvest window prediction
prompt picking and transport of JV owned / grower produced fruit
mediation of disputes, adjustments, and conditions of present and future contracts
Bio-GFS is a licensed import / export company in The Peoples Republic of China and is the sole exporter of PureLo®. The company also serves as a contract import / export provider for entities wishing to move materials into and out of The Peoples Republic of China.
Bio-GFS applies for and administers funding and grant moneys from various entities concerned with:
development of nutraceutical research, trade, and commerce in The Peoples Republic of China
support and perpetuation of indigenous people’s cultural diversity, and sustainable livelihood in agriculture
other projects of mutual interest involving commerce and humanitarian interests
and mogroside content.
