Mr
Danny Strickland was Senior Vice President and Chief
Innovation & Technology Officer for The Coca-Cola Company in the US for six
years until March 2009, and remains a consultant to the company. In this role he
was a member of the executive committee and responsible for R&D, flavour
manufacturing, quality, regulatory and environmental affairs, water resources
and safety on a global basis.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company Danny was SVP and Chief Technology and
Quality Officer at General Mills, Inc. He also held senior technical positions
at Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble.
The founder of Innovation Frameworks Ltd, LLC, Danny Strickland
has forty years of experience with international consumer product companies. He
is considered to be a leading authority on the innovation process and the
translation of customer insights into new consumer products and services. Danny
has a strong interest and experience in sustainable business practices. He
provides advice in non-beverage sectors.

Mr
Christopher Sinclair held senior management positions in the US and
Asia with PepsiCo., Inc., including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Pepsi-Cola Company; President and CEO of PepsiCo Foods & Beverages
International, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola
International.
Chris has over 30 years of experience leading and managing large complex
organisations. He recently served as Executive Chairman of Scandent Holdings, a
private investment group which controlled Cambridge Solutions Ltd., a global IT
Services and Business Process Outsourcing company. Cambridge Solutions is listed
on the Bombay Stock Exchange and operates in nine countries with over 4,000
employees. The company was recently acquired by Xchanging Plc in the United
Kingdom.
Prior to the sale, Chris also served as Executive Chairman and CEO of Cambridge Solutions.
Formerly, Chris served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Caribiner
International Inc., (NYSE) where he led the financial restructuring of this
global business communications company, sponsored by Warburg Pincus. He also
served as President and CEO of Quality Food Centers, Inc., (NYSE) a
multi-regional supermarket chain that he helped build through consolidation and
then successfully sold in 1998 to Fred Meyer, Inc. Early in his career, Chris
also served in various marketing roles at General Foods and Newsweek, Inc.
Chris is currently a member of the board of directors of Mattel, Inc., an
operating partner of Tri-Artisan Capital Partners and is a member of the Board
of Advisors for The Water Initiative, Inc. Previously, Chris has served on
boards including: eMerge Interactive Inc., Foot Locker Inc., Merisant (Equal),
Perdue Farms Inc. and PepsiCo Inc.

Ms
Kelly Flatley is the founder and former President of Bear Naked, Inc., a
US-based natural food company she launched in 2002. Bear Naked is the leading
brand in the granola category, realising US$50 million in gross sales after five
years on shelves. Kelly and her partner sold Bear Naked to Kellogg’s at the end
of 2007. Since the sale of the company, Kelly has continued to serve as a
consultant to Kellogg, focusing on the successful transition of Bear Naked.
Kelly has been featured as a leading entrepreneur in the natural foods category
on The Food Network, CNBC, in the New York Times and other media outlets. She
continues to spend her time working with innovative new brands and products
which she believes will enhance the quality of people’s lives.
Kelly is a member of BioVittoria’s advisory board and has been an active
investor in the Company since 2008. She also serves on the advisory board of
Nurture Inc., the parent company of the HappyBaby brands and remains an active
investor in several other leading natural foods brands.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
